One must-try is the **Vegetarian Platter**. Priced at an enticing £13.70, it offers a generous selection of five mezzes including houmous, tabbouleh, wark inab, loubieh b’zeit, and falafel. Each component is crafted with the freshest ingredients, ensuring an explosion of flavors in every bite. - Recommended Menu for Two: The Hiba Menu, serving a delicious range of six mezzes along with a mixed platter (£55.00), is perfect for sharing and discovering new favorites.
- Signature Shawarma: For a quintessential experience, their mixed shawarma, a masterpiece of marinated chicken and lamb, is served piping hot with tabbouleh and houmous, priced at £20.85.
